The Registration Process

We know that there is not a “one-size fits all” solution for every single implanter. That’s why we have opted for four different ways to register.

Self Registration

Your client completes the microchip registration for their pet.

Self Registration - The easiest way to complete a registration

After microchipping a pet with an identichip, all you have to do is pass our microchip flyer (which comes with every box of our microchips) along to your client and they'll complete their pet's registration online, by phone, or soon via our app.

Email Assisted Registration

Our team of Pet Protection Experts will complete the microchip registration.

Once a pet is implanted, you provide our team with the keeper's basic contact information and we will reach out to the keeper to complete registration. Once registration is complete, you will receive confirmation.

After microchipping a pet with an identichip, you log into identibase's implanter portal and complete the microchip registration yourself using our straightforward registration system.

How it works

Email Assisted Registration allows you to quickly start the registration process, without doing the boring bits. Simply send an email to our contact centre containing the following details:

Keeper name:

House name or number:

Post code:

Phone number (mobile or landline):

Chip number:

Pet name:

Email the above to: hello@identibase.co.uk

identibase will then follow up with the keeper and complete the registration. Once complete, we will reply to your email to confirm that registration is complete.

*Please note that automatic vet code allocation is not currently possible for this registration route. If you would like to ensure a chip or box of chips is allocated to you correctly please also include your identibase vet code in the above email.
